TIMOTHY CARROLL - OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE HOUSE - The committee on rules reports recommending the following resolutions ought to be adopted. Resolutions filed by Representative Linsky of Natick congratulating Mark Boygeon on achieving the rank of Eagle Scout of Scouting America. Resolutions filed by Representatives Livingstone of Boston, Phillips of Sharon, and Scanlon of North Attleboro, honoring National Autism Center at May Institute's recognition of 03/17/2025 as the first annual profound autism day in Massachusetts. Resolutions filed by Representative Sabadosa of Northampton, recognizing Sydney Zachary Moss on his tremendous lifelong service on his 100th birthday. Resolutions filed by Representative Worrall of Boston commemorating the observance of Ramadan.

DONATO - Ms. Badger of Plymouth now moves suspension of the rules. All those in favor, say aye, all those opposed, nay, the ayes have it, rules are suspended. DONATO - Paper from the Senate.

CARROLL - The Senate order. Proposed joint rules for the Senate and House of Representatives for the 2025, 2026 legislative session for order, Senate number 18 comes from the Senate with the endorsement that the senate had non concurred with the house and its amendment by striking out the text contained therein and inserting in place the the text of house document numbered 2026. Bill Burr bore the further endorsement that the Senate had said branch had reported a committee of conference and that Senators Cream, Lovely, and Fattman were appointed.

Chair will now appoint members of the conference committee, Mr. Michael Moran of Boston, Mr. Galvin of Canton, Mr. Muradian of Grafton. Mr. Mariano of Quincy offers an order in the hands of the clerk, clerk will read the order.

CARROLL - Order that when the House adjourns today, it adjourns to meet Monday next at 11:00 AM.
