SPEAKER3 - The Committee on Rules reports recommending the following resolutions ought to be adopted. Resolutions filed by representatives Cairns of Danvers, Garberley of Arlington, and Rogers of Cambridge, commemorating the 200 and fiftieth anniversary of the American Revolution and honoring the Danvers Alarm List Company at the Battle of Mononymy. Resolutions filed by representative Lombardo Billerica, commemorating 03/19/2025 as National Vietnam War Veterans Day and the77 fiftieth anniversary of concluding the Vietnam War. And resolutions filed by representative Sabadosa of Northampton, recognizing the litter literacy project's fortieth anniversary.

REP PEISCH - Will the members, guests, and employees stand in a moment of silent tribute in respect to the memory of Joseph Albert Lebrun, a remarkable husband, father, grandfather, businessman, and an integral member of the Wellesley community, who passed away on February 9 at the age of 83. Mr. Lebrun is survived by his beloved wife Bonnie, son Greg and his wife Karen of Natick,160 son Mark of Wellesley, and grandchildren Bella, Ryan, Abby, Caitlin, Lindsay, and Max. Representative Arriaga of Chicopee moves that when the house adjourns today, it do so in respect to the memory of225 Francis c LaPointe, a member of the house from Chicopee from 1969 to 1978. All those in favor say aye. Opposed, no. The ayes have it. The special adjournment is adopted.
